Warranty: 1 year on the system, filters are consumables.
Every Vortopt water filtration system is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date. Filter cartridges are consumables and are not covered by the 1-year warranty, but the 30-day guarantee below applies to them as well. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, freezing, or unauthorized modification.

30-day quality guarantee: free replacement or full refund.  
If your system arrives damaged, defective, or does not work as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping. This applies to every product we sell, including filter cartridges.

30-day return (change of mind).
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items must be returned in resalable condition with the original parts and packaging; we may deduct for missing parts or damage beyond normal handling. For orders delivered in the European Union, this 30-day policy applies in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

How to start a return or claim.  
Email support@vortoptshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged. We reply within one business day and provide the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Orders placed on marketplaces.
Products bought from Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or other authorized resellers are covered by that marketplace's return policy. Please contact the seller you purchased from for returns and refunds; our warranty still applies to manufacturing defects and can be claimed directly with us.
